Before: Damaged wood floors from years past. This pup is not the guilty one! After: Vinyl plank flooring installed through dining and kitchen. Bathroom install to come!
Before: 1990s neglected guest bathroom. After: Shiplap walls with barn wood accents, new waterproof vinyl plank flooring, repaired drywall, fresh paint on walls and ceiling, new vanity and replaced plumbing. So much better!
Rental property: Tenants used the sunroom as a dog kennel. This was a nice room for the dog, but not so nice to the homeowner! Carpet and carpet pad were removed, floors were cleaned multiple times, oil based primer was used to eliminate any future odors and durable epoxy concrete paint was applied along with a clear seal.
Backyard transformation in New Mexico! This home sat vacant for a year so the weeds were above my head by the time I got started. I cannot take credit for the awesome She Shed that was built for me. However, I will take credit for the pergola, fire pit area, new cedar fencing and the paint job on the shed!

Popcorn ceilings, shag carpet and dark colors…oh my! I gave this living room a complete overhaul with popcorn ceiling removal, vinyl plank flooring, faux wood painted beams, removed the broken ceiling fan and installed a new one to match the kitchen (not pictured but see pictures below), and lightened up the trim and walls. Look how much brighter this room is! The same color scheme is now throughout the home.
Closed in a poorly framed exterior door to add a much needed pantry to this kitchen.
This kitchen is still a work in progress but I love the transformation so far.
